Was born on April 1, 1977 in Moscow.

1996: State Fishery Committee

In 1996 - 2004 - worked in Committee of the Russian Federation on fishery (ended the activity on May 12, 2008 as a result of conversion to Federal Agency for Fishery).

In 2000 graduated from Moscow State University to them M.V. Lomonosova, the lawyer, Candidate of Law Sciences.

In 2004 - 2007 - the deputy head of department of economic development, the property relations and the right of Federal Agency for Fishery.

2007: Return to the State Fishery Committee

In 2007 - 2008 - the head of department of legal support of State committee for fisheries of the Russian Federation.

2008: Return to Rosrybolovstvo

In 2008 - 2014 - the head of department of legal support of Federal Agency for Fishery.

2014: Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation

From 04.2014 g - the director of the department of regulation in the field of fishery and an aquaculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
