2023: Appointment as the new head of the quality assurance department for the provision of public services

In early September 2023, it became known about the appointment of a new head of the department for quality assurance of the provision of public services at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. It was Kirill Albychev, replacing Elena Kazmerchuk. Previously, Albychev served as Deputy Director of the Digital Development Department of the Ministry of Construction. As for Elena Kazmerchuk, her new place of work by September 4, 2023 is not called. Information about it has been removed from the website of the Ministry of Economic Development.
