Kiselyov Alexander Nikolaevich
Alexander Nikolaevich Kiselyov was born on January 30, 1962 in Leningrad.
In 1984 graduated from east faculty of the Leningrad state university of A. Zhdanov "Orientalist-historian".
From 1991 to 1995 worked in the Russian representative office of DHL-International, having passed a way from the head of service of marketing in St. Petersburg to the business development manager of DHL in the states of the CIS.
From 1995 to 1998 – the area director of Energizer company.
From 1999 to 2000 – the CEO of Neva-press Ltd.
In 2000 it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Communications and informatizations of the Russian Federation, and in 2002 – the First Deputy Minister in a command Leonid Reiman.
In 2004-2006 – the Assistant Secretary of information technologies and communications of the Russian Federation.
From 2006 to 2009 worked as the CEO of JSC Svyazinvest.
Since February 12, 2009 worked as the CEO of FGUP Russian Post. It is dismissed on April 19, 2013.
