Biography

Graduated from Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, Faculty of Physics, specialty - molecular physics. He was also educated at the Higher School of Economics, Faculty of Economics, specialty - financial management.

In 2002-2004 he worked as the head of the financial systems support group of CBOSS.

From 2004 to 2006 he was a consultant to the consulting company Accenture.

In 2006, he was appointed director of the technical support department of the investment company Renaissance Capital. He worked in this position until 2015.

In 2015-2017 worked as Deputy Director of the Department of Banking and Information Technologies in VTB24.

Vice President, IT, Ingosstrakh

Vice President and Head of MTS-Bank Information Technology Cluster

On March 1, 2021, MTS-Bank announced the appointment of Alexei Klepikov to the post of vice president, head of the information technology cluster. His area of ​ ​ responsibility includes issues related to the strategy of information technologies of MTS-Bank, including the joint department of IT Bank and IT fintech MTS.

We invest a lot of resources in the development of a strong MTS Fintech team. IT − a key feature in building a digital company. Last year, we merged MTS Fintech IT and IT Bank, tripled the IT team, almost completely switched to our own development, doubled the number of employees with non-banking experience, and began transferring products to a microservice architecture. As vice president and head of the MTS-Bank information technology cluster, Alexei Klepikov replaced Maxim Shadura, who had held these posts since April 2019.
