Biography

Efim Sergeevich Klimov was born on August 14, 1983 in Kazan.

He was educated at the Kazan State Financial and Economic Institute (KGFEI).

2005-2006 - served as director in various companies.

From 2005 to 2008 served as deputy head of the department of economic development in the Administration of the Volga region of the Executive Committee of Kazan.

In 2008, he underwent advanced training at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

From 2008 to 2012 - Director of the Unified Settlement Center (ERC).

In 2009, he received a grant from the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for advanced training at the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

Since 2012 - Director (since 2014 ‒ General Director) and co-founder of Etton LLC.

2016.

By the beginning of 2016, Efim Klimov was engaged in the development of information systems in the areas of state and municipal administration, housing and communal services, construction, and energy for more than 5 years. He has extensive administrative experience and deep practical knowledge of the IT sphere. He is one of the participants in the development of a regional unified electronic housing and communal services system. He is a key member of the development strategy team.
