Kolpakov Konstantin Anatolyevich

Konstantin Anatolyevich Kolpakov is a chairman of the board of directors Sberbank of the Russian Federation (Kazakhstan), the former Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1995 — 1997), Candidate of Law Sciences.

Biography and career

Graduated from the Kazakh State university of S.M. Kirov in Jurisprudence in 1985.

• 1985 — the consultant of department of legal profession of the Ministry of Justice of the Kazakh SSR.
• 1988 — 1989 — the assistant to department of the state law of KAZGU.
• 1990 — 1991 — the consultant of Consulting department of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR.
• 1991 — 1994 — the head of department of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the assistant to the Vice president, the manager of the Secretariat of the Vice president of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 1994 — 1995 — the personal representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in parliament.
• 1995 — 1997 — the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 1998 — 2000 — the vice chairman of the board, the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Caspian Bank.
• 2000 — 2002 — the vice chairman of the board of National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 03.2002-01.2005 — adviser to the president, vice president, senior vice president of JSC Petrocommerce Bank (Russia).
