Konstantin Anatolyevich Kolpakov is a chairman of the board of directors Sberbank of the Russian Federation (Kazakhstan), the former Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1995 — 1997), Candidate of Law Sciences.
Biography and career
Graduated from the Kazakh State university of S.M. Kirov in Jurisprudence in 1985.
