Biography

Was born on October 29, 1955 in Poronaysk of the Sakhalin region.

Education

Has two higher educations. In 1981 graduated from the Khabarovsk polytechnical institute (since 2015 - Pacific National University (TOGU)) in a technology of mechanical engineering, metal-cutting machines and tools, qualification the mechanical engineer, in 1996 - the All-Russian academy of foreign trade of the Ministry of external economic relations of the Russian Federation in a world economy, qualification the economist-foreign affairs specialist.

Career

Labor activity of the beginnings in 1973 on the Poronaysk pulp and paper mill the electrician of power workshop. In 1981 after the termination of the Khabarovsk polytechnical institute it was directed to the Khabarovsk plant of the heating equipment where worked as the master, and then the mechanic of foundry workshop. Since 1986 continued a labor activity at economic and party work. Since 1992 worked in JSC Amur-Pivo as the commercial director.

In 1993 it was invited to work in management of foreign economic relations of administration of Khabarovsk Krai to a position of the head of department of foreign trade. In 1997 it is appointed the chief of service of the international protocol of administration of Khabarovsk Krai. In February, 2003 it is transferred to a position of the director of the department of international relations and the state protocol of the Governor and the Government of Khabarovsk Krai.

In December, 2003 headed the head financial and economic department of the Governor and the Government of the region, from 2006 to 2007 – head department affairs of the Governor and the Government of the region.

Since December, 2007 - Managing affairs of the Governor and the Government of the region - the minister.

On June 1, 2009 it is appointed to the position of the Deputy Prime Minister of edge – the chief of staff of the Governor and the Government of the region. Was the person responsible for informatization of the region.

In June, 2012 it is appointed the Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East.

On March 28, 2019 Gennady Kondratov is the head of the liquidated representative office of Rosneft in the Far Eastern Federal District located in Khabarovsk - it is delayed within the so-called "Khabarovsk criminal case"^[1].

Awards

It is awarded with medals of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of I and II degree.
