Biography

Born in 1981 in the city of Salekhard.

In 2003 he graduated from the Faculty of Communication Networks, Switching and Computer Systems of the St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications. Bonch-Bruevich.

In the period from 2003 to 2008 he worked in commercial companies providing the population with communication services. His sphere of activity included the development of communication systems in Yamal, providing broadband access to the Internet.

He began his professional activities in the Department of Information Technology and Communications of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in 2008 as a chief specialist. In the period from 2013 to 2014, he headed the subordinate institution of the Department of State Institution "Resources of Yamal."

Since 2014, he served as First Deputy Director of the Department of Information Technologies and Communications of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. He oversaw the implementation of a unified technical policy in the field of information technology in the autonomous district and the organization of the protection of information systems and resources of the executive bodies of the state power of the district.
