Early years and education

The path of Konstantin Skidanov in the professional field began in 2008 after graduating from the Kuban State Agrarian University, where he received a diploma in the specialty "Informatics-Lawyer" at the Faculty of Applied Informatics in Jurisprudence. Despite the fact that at first glance the combination of "computer science" and "jurisprudence" may seem unusual, it gave a unique opportunity to combine a technical and legal approach in solving business problems, which turned out to be extremely useful throughout Konstantin's career.

First career steps

Konstantin Skidanov's professional career began at MR Yug, where he worked as a senior specialist in the department of ensuring work with partners and developing the payment system. This was an important stage at which Konstantin learned to manage the supply processes and organization of work with partners. His task was to establish an uninterrupted supply of an assortment of SIM-cards and payment cards, as well as to ensure the effective turnover of goods in the warehouses of branches. This experience became the basis for further development, as Konstantin learned the importance of efficiency, organization of processes and coordination with various divisions of the company.

2013-2021: Work in MTS: the path from expert to director

In 2013, Konstantin Skidanov joined MTS as a senior expert in the tariff policy department. Its main task was to analyze the effectiveness of new tariffs and shares for fixed businesses. Over the years in this position, Konstantin successfully conducted an analysis and post-analysis of about 150 different marketing activities, which allowed the company to more accurately customize its offers to customers and increase their attractiveness.

Since 2018, he became the head of the functional group for segment development at the MTS corporate center. In this position, Konstantin managed to introduce new approaches in the management of service information, which made it possible to significantly reduce the load on the contact center and improve key metrics, such as clarity and efficiency of informing customers. This was a period of active development and implementation of innovative solutions that improved the quality of service and allowed the company to operate more flexibly and efficiently.

Since 2020, he took the position of head of the subscriber development department of MTS CC, where Konstantin managed to significantly change the approach to advertising and marketing. Instead of the traditional near-comedy approach, the company switched to CPA optimization, which made it possible to increase the efficiency of advertising campaigns and achieve optimal ROI for all products in my area of ​ ​ responsibility. Konstantin also participated in the restructuring of the CRM division in CVM, which contributed to a twofold increase in revenue and a sharp increase in the scale of operations from 80 to 3,000 campaigns with a minimum increase in the number of employees. This work has shown the importance of flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.

Since November 2021, Konstantin Skidanov has headed the department for the development of the client base of the MTS ecosystem. In this position, he managed to introduce processes for automated management of advertising priorities, which contributed to a significant increase in revenue from CVM's activities - by 40%. One of the key achievements was the creation and management of a strong team of 50 employees in the business and more than 50 people in IT, as well as the expansion of client CDP and advertising triggers within the MTS group of companies.

This experience was the culmination of Konstantin Skidanov's path to MTS and made it possible to understand how important it is not only to develop effective strategies, but also to be able to build and support a team that will implement these strategies.
