Biography

Konstantin Voloshin was born in 1974 in Vladivostok.

He graduated from Far Eastern State University, a joint Russian-American faculty of international relations and management with a degree in economics with knowledge of English.

He began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1996 as an engineer in the marketing department of ElektroSvyaz in the Primorsky Territory.

From 2001 to 2005, he was the director of economics and finance at that time Dalsvyaz, and from 2006 to 2007 he headed Akos, Dalsyaz's cellular asset. 2020: Minister of Digital Development and Communications of Primorye
