2014: NAO Governor

On September 28, 2017, the President of the Russian Federation accepted the resignation of the Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug I.V. At his own request[2].

2017: Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for North Caucasus Affairs

2024: Appointment as CEO of Ruskhim

Igor Koshin has been appointed CEO of Ruskhim. The corresponding entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL) appeared on October 1, 2024.

From this register it follows that Igor Koshin headed LLC UK Ruskhim instead of Alexei Vertyagin. Previously, Koshin held the post of deputy general director, project manager for the development of the field in this company.

On the site and in its social networks, the company did not comment on personnel changes. According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Vertyagin headed LLC UK Ruskhim since June 2021.

The Ruskhim Gas project (100% subsidiary of Ruskhim) includes the development of gas condensate fields in the NAO, the construction of a methanol production plant with a capacity of 1.8 million tons per year on the basis of Pechora LNG LLC, a port terminal near the village of Indiga with access to the Northern Sea Route. The raw materials for methanol production will be natural gas from the Kumzhinsky and Korovinsky gas condensate fields. The total cost of the project, taking into account the development of fields, was estimated at 205 billion rubles.

According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, by October 2024, 50% of the authorized capital of UK Ruskhim LLC belongs to Vitaly Yuzhilin (ex-State Duma deputy), 25% each to Maria Mirgorodskaya and Metropolitan Trust Company LLC, founded by Dmitry Ozersky.[3]
