Alexander Krasovsky was born on December 4, 1974 in Moscow.

  • From 1993 to 1994 Alexander served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Began the labor activity in 1994 as the sales manager in Micro Age company.
  • From 1996 to 1998 Alexander was a sales manager АТ&Т (is later than Lucent Technologies, then - Avaya).
  • From 1998 to 2001 Alexander worked as the leading instructor in the Central European headquarters of Avaya in Vienna (Austria), and was engaged in training in sales of solutions of the company.

  • In 2007 held a post of the vice president for business development of BAC/StepLogic company.
  • In the fall of the same year Krasovsky was invited to a post of the vice president for commerce and marketing of JSC SITRONICS where in 2010 he took a position of the vice president for sales. He was responsible for implementation of the largest transactions with key clients of the company, reorganization of functions of sales and marketing and also for formation and operational management of a command. In this position in 2010 Alexander headed the rating of commercial directors in the industry of IT according to Association of Managers of Russia and ID Kommersant of "Top-1000 of the Russian managers". Since 2012 Alexander is the Managing partner of the Asteros Group and is responsible for development of the European assets of group.

Alexander Krasovsky held a position of the vice president for sales and marketing SITRONICS since 2007, and since 2010 – a position of the vice president for sales. He was responsible for implementation of the largest transactions with key clients of the company, reorganization of functions of sales and marketing and also for formation and operational management of a command. In June, 2012 Alexander Krasovsky left the company to be engaged in own business projects abroad.

According to the results of option exercise on the stock of Sitronics he received 2.62 million within the offer of RTI parent company. RTI Group exposed the offer which price was almost twice lower, than the price at which the company management acquired shares within the option program. The price of the offer was reduced because of falling of capitalization of Sitronics from the moment of the IPO company at the London exchange in 2007 RTI Group, being "subsidiary" of AFK "Sistema", is in process of merge to Sitronics. It possesses 76.3% of stocks of the company, and after summing up the offer on redemption of stocks RTI will become almost 100% owner of Sitronics.[1]

The option program started in 2006 worked till 2010 inclusive, but in the last year shares were not redeemed though in the last year actions of the program a half of the papers reserved under options, had to be distributed.

Top management of Sitronics in 2007-2009 acquired shares at the price of 1 rub for paper - then the company management paid 265.2 million rubles. At the offer of RTI parent company the share price was 0.55 rub. As a result of sale according to the offer of shares on 145.9 million rubles the difference with cost taken under the terms of options made 119.3 million rubles - top managers of Sitronics lost so much. As a result of the offer the head Sitronics Microelectronics (one of three business directions of the company) Gennady Krasnikov gained 93.1 million rubles after sale of the stocks. Sergey Aslanyan, the president of the company, sold shares on 36 million rubles, and the vice president of Sitronics Mikhail Minkovsky received 6.6 million rubles.

In October, 2014 the VimpelCom company announced Alexander Krasovsky's appointment to a position of the vice president for development of corporate business of the company. On this position Alexander replaced Sergey Petrov. Alexander will work in direct subordination of the CEO of the company and will enter into Board of the Company.


In 2001 Alexander graduated from the Moscow Academy of the Social relations majoring in "finance and the credit", in 2006 studied according to the MVA program at the Kingston University.
