Biography

Was born on February 10, 1960 in the Oryol region.

In 1983 graduated from Military-medical Academy Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner of the Order of Lenin of S.M. Kirov.

From 1989 to 2002 served in Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation at different positions in scientific and medical institutions.

In 2002-2003 held a position of the head of the scientific project of Novenergo LLC.

2003-2004 — the associate director of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Zheldorfarmatseya of Ministry of Railways of Russia.

2004-2005 — the associate director of Department of the administration of the Ministry of Transport.

2005-2013 — the head of the department of health care of JSC Russian Railways.

From April to September, 2013 — the CEO of JSC RT-Biotekhprom.

2013: Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1640-P of 9/12/2013 it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

On March 2, 2020 it is dismissed the deputy minister health care RUSSIAN FEDERATION at own request.

Awards and titles

Has government awards and diplomas. It is awarded with the medal "For Faultless Service" I-III of degree of the Ministry of Defence of the USSR, has the state award for development of the railroads.
