Kremer Arkady Solomonovich is the chairman of executive committee of public national association "Association of documentary telecommunication".

Biography

Arkady was born on November 13, 1947 in Moscow.

In 1969 graduated from the Moscow electrotechnical institute of communication.

From 1969 to 2001 worked as the chief designer in the Moscow scientific research institute of instrument automatic equipment.

Since 1997 worked as the manager of basic department at department ADE "Technologies of Electronic Data Interchange" at the Moscow technical university of communication.

Since 2001 works as the chairman of executive committee of public national association "Association of documentary telecommunication".

Since 2004 worked as the vice-chairman, the chairman of a study group on information security.

For September 22, 2015 Arkady Solomonovich Kremer works as the chairman of executive committee of public national association "Association of documentary telecommunication".
