Powers/duties

Directs activity of MIEM Higher School of Economics National Research University:

• will organize activity of MIEM Higher School of Economics National Research University according to Regulations on MIEM Higher School of Economics National Research University and other local regulations of Higher School of Economics National Research University and bears the personal responsibility for its results;
• represents the interests of Higher School of Economics National Research University in the relations with the Russian and foreign legal entities and physical persons on the questions connected with activity of MIEM Higher School of Economics National Research University within the powers;
• will organize educational, scientific and other activity of MIEM Higher School of Economics National Research University and bears the personal responsibility for its results;
• coordinates work of the structural and associated with Institute divisions of MIEM Higher School of Economics National Research University in the solution of educational and scientific tasks;
• performs actions for improvement of educational process for the purpose of quality improvement of training of students of MIEM of Higher School of Economics National Research University.
