Kuzmin Oleg

Kuzmin Oleg Nikolaevich was born in Vladivostok of Primorsky Krai.

In 1986 graduated from the Krasnodar highest military college of the General Staff of Shtemenko S.M.

During the period from 1986 to 1995 passed military service on different connections and associations of the Northern Fleet of the VTR of the Russian Federation in positions of the flagman specialist of SPS. From 1995 to 2002 served in the headquarters of the Northern Fleet in positions of the senior officer of group of the mode of privacy of the fleet, and further, the assistant department head of information security of the Northern Fleet, a military rank – the captain 2 ranks.

From 2002 to 2005 worked as the chief manager of information security of JSC Murmanelektrosvyaz and further, the head of department of commercial service of the Murmansk branch of JSC "North-West Telecom".

Since 2005 works in system integration at positions of the head of development department, associate director. Since 2007 till present is the director of the department of information security of I-Teco Ltd.

In the field of data protection more than 25 years work.

In the period of service on the Federation Council was engaged in creation of an information security system of the fleet, exercised control of its functioning and efficiency. As the head of the working group of cybersecurity of the fleet participated in the state tests of the information complexes and the automation equipment delivered on the fleet. Revealed channels of information leak in the ACS BKSA Sea delivered on the fleet and in the practical way proved a possibility of stealing of information from this complex therefore, the complex was not accepted in operation. Participated in special transactions of the Northern Fleet by land and by sea. Regularly executed checks of a status of the mode of privacy and an order of the address with documents in parts and the organizations of the fleet. In 1999 planned and staged special drill on prevention of insider incidents in real time. Is the author of it and, also other new activity in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation – control of information leaks when using organizers. According to the results of checks of the fleet, the created cybersecurity system on the Federation Council for a row of years was the best among all fleet of the Russian Federation.

In JSC Murmanelektrosvyaz was engaged in creation of an information security system of the company, directed administrators of cybersecurity of territorial communication hubs, investigated cybersecurity incidents, dealt with issues of receiving by the company of profit on services cybersecurity. According to the results of checks, the created system of providing Information Security was recognized the best among all branches of JSC "North-West Telecom".

In I-Teco Ltd created department of information security and developed the cybersecurity direction. Now the I-Teco company is the leading system integrator in the direction of information security, has a number of the statuses, unique for the Russian market, and competences of specialists. Is the captain of national team of I-Teco on volleyball.

Is the author of a number of practical articles concerning the information security and the book published in the Russian Academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation. It was repeatedly encouraged with command of the fleet and the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.
