Started a career in JSC Banke Russian Standard where was engaged in development of retail business, having focused on expansion of network of trade partner points of bank in the field of retail lending. As the director of the department of retail business, it provided implementation and further development of products and services.

2013: Work in Sberbank, Promsvyazbank

In 2013 - 2016 worked as the managing director of the international business of Sberbank, was responsible for development of retail products in Promsvyazbank.

Senior Vice president of the Renaissance Credit bank

Held a post of the Senior Vice president for products and marketing of Renaissance Credit bank.

2016: The First Deputy Chairman of the board of Bank Russian Standard

On April 20, 2016 JSC Russky Standart Bank announced Evgeny's appointment of Lapin the First Zamestitelem of the Chairman of the board of Bank. In this position Evgeny takes part in implementation of long-term strategy of Bank. Evgeny Lapin is responsible for increase in operational efficiency of business and maintenance of competitive advantage of Bank in a segment of retail lending. Also in an area of responsibility of the First Deputy Chairman of the board - issues of improvement of quality of service in all channels of customer service.
