Biography

Maria was born on October 13, 1980 in Moscow.

In 2001, Maria defended her bachelor's degree at the IBDA ANH under the Government of the Russian Federation (MGIMO School of Business).

In 2005, she graduated from the Department of Corporate Finance of the Magistracy of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.

In 2007 she defended her CCIM degree.

From 2001 to 2002, Litinetskaya worked for General Electric Lighting as a researcher in the marketing department.

From 2007 to 2009, she acted as chief executive of Blackwood.

Since 2010, Maria worked as General Director of MIEL-Novostroy.

In 2012, together with Natalia Tikhonovskaya, Maria Litinetskaya created the Metrium Group company.

As of October 1, 2014, Maria Litinetskaya works as the general director of the Metrium Group.

2022: Appointment as MR Group CEO

On July 4, 2022, the construction company MR Group announced the appointment of Maria Litinetskaya as the new CEO. Prior to that, she worked as part of a developer as a managing partner and headed a number of projects.

Maria Litinetskaya replaced Roman Timokhin as head of MR Group, who, according to the company's press service, will continue to head the board of directors, focusing on expanding the project portfolio in Moscow.

Maria Litinetskaya will be responsible for the company's development strategy. The key areas of its activity will be the introduction of a long-term plan to improve financial indicators, the development of strategically significant relationships with both existing and new partners and investors, as well as the acquisition of new sites for the implementation of development projects. Special attention will be paid to attracting investments and digitalization of the company and ongoing projects.

As stated in MR Group, Litinetskaya assigns a key place in its activities to the constant improvement of product solutions for real estate objects, attracting leading Russian and international companies to work. Under her leadership and with her personal participation, objects are created with the introduction of the most relevant innovative technologies. In the new position, Litinetskaya's focus will be on developing long-term partnerships with banks, as well as improving the quality of the final product.

By the beginning of July 2022, the MR Group portfolio contains 52 objects with a total area of ​ ​ 9.5 million square meters. m in Moscow, Moscow region and Sochi.
