Biography

Was born in the city of Donetsk.

In 1990 graduated from the Kiev state university of T.G. Shevchenko, qualification – "The historian, the teacher of history and social and polytechnical disciplines".

In 2002 graduated from the Odessa national academy of communication of O.S. Popov, qualification – "economist".

From 1990 to 1991 worked as the associate director of electoral association of Vit. In 1992 and for 1996 worked as the director of Lotos company.

In 1996 became the president of JSC Kyivstar, and since 1997 the president of JSC Kyivstar of J.Es. Em.

The member of council of entrepreneurs at the Cabinet of Ukraine.

Since January, 2001 Igor Litovchenko is the academician of the International academy of communication and the corresponding member of the International academy of informatization.
