Multiregional Transit Telecom (MTT), the operator of an intercity and international telecommunication of the Russian Federation, announced in October, 2011 Artem Litvinov's appointment the CEO Audiotel, MTT subsidiary company. Worked in a position till December, 2014.

At the beginning of February, 2011 between MTT and Audiotel companies the agreement as a result of which Multiregional Transit Telecom became the only shareholder Audiotel was signed.

"MTT develops the new directions of the business, actively participating in work of the companies which recently entered into group. Due to the dynamic growth of volumes of provision of services of contact centers and intellectual communication services, the decision to strengthen management team Audiotel the person with versatile experience and the excellent record of service was made. It is sure that arrival to Artem Litvinov's company will allow to provide improvement of dynamics of development of the company and effective business development" – the CEO of MTT Vasilyev Evgeny said.

"My strategic task on the head's post Audiotel is gain of market positions of the company, development of a row new a profit centers and also close integration of projects of the company within the MTT group. We intend to achieve the maximum synergy effect from MTT and operational consolidation of our efforts", – Artem Litvinov told.

Artem Litvinov was born in Leningrad. In 2003 graduated from the St. Petersburg state electrotechnical university (LETI). In the communications industry passed all career ladder, from a position of the non-management employee to the top managerial posts in the different companies. From 2000 to 2003 worked in a number of telecommunication companies (Quantum Communications, "GSM Spravka", "Northwest Infomedia"). From June, 2003 to March, 2005 worked in Rustar Holding companies (Infon and "Agregator" trademarks) where there passed the way from the information content manager to the director of special projects. From March to December, 2005 headed Mobile Technologies company, participant of the market of VAS.

Since January, 2006 held a position of the development director and to marketing of Neva Lyne company, since June, 2007 – the CEO "Neva Line". In April, 2010 the Sky Link is appointed by the deputy CEO, the commercial director of a business unit "there is a Northwest" (Delta Telecom). Since April 14, 2011 – the interim manager of Delta Telecom.
