Biography

Was born in 1972. Graduated from the Tashkent state economic university majoring in "the international economic relations", received the bachelor's degree in the field of business management in the University of Nottingham (Great Britain).

From 1996 to 2005 worked in British American Tobacco in management on work with personnel at different management positions — in the company headquarters in London, in representations in Uzbekistan and in Russia.

In 2005-2008 held a position of the HR director "Lehman Kommoditiz S.A." (Ukraine).

In 2008-2009 headed directorate on personnel development in Metinvest of Holding (Ukraine).

From 2009 to 2011 held a position of the HR director in Russian Standard Company Ltd.

Since 2011 heads directorate on personnel in PhosAgro AG Ltd.

Since 2013 is also the HR director, the board member of PJSC PhosAgro.
