Lyubimov Yury Sergeyevich

Lyubimov Yury Sergeyevich is the Russian statesman, the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, the former Deputy Chief of the Russian Government Staff.

Biography

Was born on May 10, 1977.

Education

1999 - graduated from law department (department of civil law) of St. Petersburg State University^[1].

2000 - graduated from the European university center of the University of Nancy (France).

Career

2000: Teaching activity and work in law firms

2000 - - was engaged in 2005 in teaching activity and also worked in a number of law firms of St. Petersburg.

2005: Adviser to the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation

2005 - October, 2008 - the adviser for legal issues Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation German Gref.

As German Gref's adviser Yury Lyubimov became famous for development of the amendments in the Criminal code toughening punishment for the piracy audio-and video production.

2008: The first deputy head of the Federal Registration Service and Rosreestr

October, 2008 - is appointed by the first deputy head of Federal registration service (since December, 2008 - Federal Service for State Registration, Cartography and Cadastre (Rosreestr)).

Since March, 2009 - the First Deputy Head of the Federal Registration Service.

August, 2009 - on June 30, 2012 - the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Pokoleniye^[2].

At a new position Yury Lyubimov was engaged in public organizations, religious associations and legal profession.

In parallel with civil service Lyubimov continues to be engaged in teaching the right in Higher School of Economics. He was a coauthor of the textbook under civil law, having replaced in later reprintings of the teacher Dmitry Medvedev among eminent authors - the head of the Supreme Arbitration Court Anton Ivanov, the president's representative in VAS of Mikhail Krotov and the classmate, nowadays the chief of staff of VAS Igor Drozdov^[2].

2010 - entered the new list of a talent pool - "presidential one hundred - 2010"^[3].

2012: The secretary of state - the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation

2012 - By the decree of the Russian President of June 30, 2012 No. 924 it is appointed to the position of the secretary of state - the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.

January 30, 2018. The decree of the Russian President, it is dismissed the secretary of state - the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation^[4].

On March 18, 2020 it is appointed the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Author of a number of scientific works. Coauthor of the scientific and practical comment on the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
