Biography
Born on October 18, 1982 in the village of Ryabinino, Cherdynsky District, Perm Region (since 2005 - Perm Territory).
2004
CCGT
In 2004 he graduated from Perm State University with a degree in law.
Perm OFAS
In 2004, he began his career in the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Perm Territory in the department of control of authorities.
At the age of 26 (2009) he was appointed head of the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia for the Perm Territory. The priority area of the department's work was the consideration of complaints from citizens, and not large companies.
2013: FAS Russia
On January 28, 2013, by order of the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), he was appointed head of the control department of the fuel and energy complex of the FAS Russia.
2020
VRIO Governor of Perm Territory
On February 6, 2020, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was appointed interim governor of the Perm Territory.
Governor of Perm Territory
October 7, 2020 officially took office as governor of the Perm Territory.[1]
