Biography
Olga graduated from faculty of calculus mathematics and cybernetics in optimization methods, second higher education – in mathematical methods in economy. Was engaged in scientific work at Institute of measuring systems, then turned into banking sector.
- Started the career from automation of process of issuance of credit and collecting of debt in small regional bank where further was engaged in development of retail business and network.
- In Rosbank since 2008 was responsible for centralization of all collection cycle of arrears. After entry of bank into the structure of the Societe Generale group Olga was invited in a team of risks and from 2011 to 2018 headed the direction of retail credit risks of the Societe Generale group in Russia.
- From 2016 to 2017 was a board member of DeltaCredit bank where was engaged in creation of division risk management. As the chief innovation officer Olga will supervise the following directions:
- building of culture of innovations, including creation of the effective environment for emergence of the new ideas and approaches, attraction of startups;
- providing services on development of the innovation "turnkey" technology products with their subsequent selective implementation;
- ensuring transformation of the processes necessary for full implementation of innovations, together with divisions of bank;
- acceleration of development of the initiatives concerning new technologies, such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, neuronets, cloud solutions and others.
- In July, 2018 Olga Makhova is appointed the chief innovation officer of Rosbank. At a new position Olga will be engaged in change management and coordination of continuous innovative development and entrepreneurial capacity of the companies of the Societe Generale group in Russia.
