Maxim Maksimov was born on March 20, 1982.
Education
In 2006, he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State Medical Academy with a degree in Medical Medicine. Then he underwent an internship on the basis of the Khakass Republican Oncological Dispensary, specializing in Oncology.
In 2011, Maksimov received his second higher education with a degree in Economics - Manager.
In 2017, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences in the specialty "Oncology."
In 2019-2022, advanced training was held on the basis of the Novokuznetsk State Institute for Advanced Medical Studies - a branch of the SBOU DPO "RMANPO," the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University named after Professor V.F. Voino-Yasenetsky, the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, the Progress Training Center, as well as the Siberian Institute of Continuing Medical Education.
Career
2007-2026
After completing his residency in 2007, he began his career as a doctor at the oncological dispensary of the Republic of Khakassia.
Since August 2010, he temporarily acted as head of the chemotherapy department.
In February 2014, he was appointed deputy chief physician for the medical department of the oncology dispensary.
In May 2024, Maksimov was appointed to the post of chief physician of the State Budgetary Health Institution of the Republic of Khakassia "Republican Clinical Hospital named after G. Ya. Remishevskaya."
2026: Appointment as Minister of Health of Khakassia
On January 22, 2026 health care Khakassia , Maxim Maksimov was appointed Acting Minister. In this position, he replaced, Oleg Ananyevsky who led the department for about five years.
He is an assistant professor of surgery with a course in urology, oncology, traumatology and orthopedics at Khakass State University named after N.F. Katanova.[1]
