Biography

Was born on October 17, 1969 in the uts. Great Aleksandrovka of the Great and Aleksandrovsky district of the Kherson region of Ukraine.

1986: Military service in airborne forces

During the period from 1986 to 1998 passed military service in airborne troops at different command positions as a part of the Western group of troops, the Turkestan, Leningrad and Far East military districts.

1990: RVVDKU to them. Lenin Komsomol

In 1990 graduated from the Ryazan highest airborne command school of a name of Lenin Komsomol (since 2018 - RGVVDKU (The Ryazan Guards highest airborne command school of a name of the general V.F. Margelov)).

1993: Service as a part of peacekeeping forces of the UN

From 1993 to 1995 served as a part of peacekeeping forces of the UN in the Republic of Yugoslavia (the Republic of Yugoslavia broke up in 2003).

1998

In 1998 graduated from Military academy of the name M. B. Frunze (since 1998 - General academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) in the specialty "Command and staff operational and tactical general with specialization airborne".

Emercom of Russia

Since 1998 serves in Emercom of Russia, held positions: the chief of airborne service of the separate mechanized regiment, the chief of the headquarters deputy chief of rescue center, the head of department, management, the deputy chief of the Northwest regional center.

From 2007 to 2014 - the chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia across the Komi Republic, the associate director of Department of rescue and fire fighting forces and special formations, the head of department of civil defense and protection of the population, the acting as the director of the department of civil defense and protection of the population.

Since July 4, 2015 - the director of the department of civil defense and protection of the population.

2007: RAGS northwest branch

In 2007 graduated from Northwest branch of Academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - Northwest institute of management - RANEPA branch) in "The public and municipal administration".
