Biography
Alexander Viktorovich Martynyuk was born in 1973 in Moscow.
In 1996 graduated from MEI.
Served in AF of the USSR.
The first experience of development and implementation of project solutions and management of the large infrastructure project received in 1996, having acted as one of key representatives from the Customer.
