Tyatyushev Maxims Anatolyevich

Biography

In 2006, Maxim Tyatyushev graduated from the Togliatti Academy of Management with a degree in Applied Informatics in Economics.

From 2008 to 2020, he worked at NetCracker Technology, where he went from developer of integration solutions to director of implementation department. Leading the development and implementation of software products among mobile operators in Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Since July 2020, he has been working at Sber Tech (SberTech), whose shareholder is Sberbank. He served as managing director of the company, led the production part of the business, as well as the development of the Platform V digital cloud platform, which, according to the bank, became the "foundation of Sberbank's technological independence."

2022: CEO of "Sber Tech"

As TAdviser found out, on June 23, 2022, Maxim Tyatyushev was appointed CEO of Sber Tech. The key product of Sber Tech is the new technology platform of Sberbank (Platform V), which, according to the developers, provides a high level of digitalization, data analytics, speed of decision-making and product launch.

As the head of "Sber Tech," Tyatyushev replaced Andrei Voinov. Sberbank told TAdviser that Voinov continues to work in the central office of the bank as vice president, director of the corporate architecture department.

2025: TAdviser IT Prize winner

Sber Tech CEO Maxim Tyatyushev won the TAdviser IT Prize 2025 in the nomination "Leader of Digital Transformation." The jury of the competition noted Maxim's contribution to the development of the IT industry, as well as the initiatives that, under his leadership, are implementing Sber Tech in the field of import substitution and technological development of Russian business.
