Biography

Maxim Sadikov was born in 1978 in Tomsk.

Graduated with honors from Kemerovo State University with a degree in Economics and Management at the Enterprise. In 2008, he took advanced training courses. She has a Class A European degree in marketing.

Since 2002, he began working in the communications industry. He began as a specialist in the marketing department of ElektroSvyaz. Later he moved to Rostelecom, where he worked for 15 years. Sadikov held various positions in this company, including the head of the development department of the Information Society project in the Kemerovo branch.

In 2015, he was appointed deputy director - director for work with corporate and state segments in the Kemerovo branch of Rostelecom.

In October 2019, the administration of the Kemerovo region announced the appointment of Maxim Sadikov to the post of head of the region's information technology department.

Earlier, the IT department of the Kemerovo region was headed by Ksenia Kaplina as acting head. With the arrival of Sadikov, she took the post of deputy head of the department.

In the rating "Digital Russia" for the subjects of the Russian Federation for the first half of 2018, prepared by the Center for Financial Innovations and Non-Cash Economy of the Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo," Kemerovo Region ranked 23rd. At the same time, in terms of the level of digitalization of certain industries, the region was in higher positions. For example, in informatization in the field of power - 4th place, culture - 15th place.
