Biography

Igor Maystrenko graduated from the Kiev state university of civil aviation majoring in "management systems and information processing" and also the Kiev institute of economy and finance in "the international economy". Is an owner of Executive MBA Dublin Business School.

From 1998 to 2001 worked in Golden Telecom Ukraine company where was engaged in development of IT-systems: billing, CRM and others.

In 2001 joined a command of Sonik Duo Ltd (nowadays MegaFon) where was responsible for an output of new products to the Moscow market. In 2003-2004 started commercial networks of MegaFon in regions. Directed the commercial direction at head office of the operator later, including developed corporate sales and special projects with key clients and partners of the company.

In 2006 it was appointed the sales director and to service of MegaFon. For several years built an effective distribution network, implemented modern service processes. For this period Igor implemented a number of MVNO projects, work on development of own retail network, client and affiliate programs of MegaFon is carried out.

In September, 2015 Igor Maystrenko is appointed the sales director and to development of mass Tele2 segment.

2020: Chairman of the board of directors of RRS

Rostelecom announced on July 6, 2020 that Denis Goleshchikhin headed the joint retail network of group. The joint retail is created based on Rostelecom — the Retail Systems LLC (RRS — subsidiary company PJSC Rostelecom). Igor Maystrenko, the sales director and to development of mass Tele2 segment is elected the chairman of the updated Board of Directors of RRS.
