Biography
Born March 5, 1959 in the Khomutovsky district of the Kursk region.
He entered the police in 1983. He worked as an inspector of the BHSS Department of Internal Affairs of the Dmitrievsky District Executive Committee of the Kursk Region.
In 1987 he was appointed senior inspector of the OVO at the Department of Internal Affairs of the Dmitrievsky District Executive Committee of the Kursk Region, and since 1992 - operative officer of the group for combating crimes in the field of economics of the CM of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Dmitrievsky District of the Kursk Region.
In 1993 he graduated from the Higher Law Correspondence School MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS Russia with a degree in law. In the same 1993 he was appointed to the post of deputy head of the internal affairs department of the Dmitrievsky district of the Kursk region.
In 1995, the deputy head of the internal affairs department of the Kurchatov district of the Kursk region - the head of the police department for servicing the NPP location area.
In 1997, he was approved as the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ryazan municipal district of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Southern Administrative District of Moscow.
In 1998, for family reasons, he had to return to the Kursk region.
In 1998, he was appointed deputy head of the police department of the Kurchatov district of the Kursk region, head of the KM.
In 2002, he transferred to the service in the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, to the post of head of the MOB. In the same 2002 he became the head of the Department of Internal Security of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow.
On January 22, 2004, Mikhail Anatolyevich Borodin was appointed by presidential decree to the post of head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Southeast Administrative District of Moscow.
In 2005, by presidential decree, he was awarded the special rank of major general of the police.
By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1133 of 20.09.2010 Major General of the police Borodin was appointed head of the police department in the Sverdlovsk region.
By a decree of the President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev of 24.03.2011, he was awarded the special rank of Major General of the Police. By the same decree, he was appointed head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Sverdlovsk Region.
By decree of the President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev No. 1482 of 9.11.2011, he was awarded the next rank of lieutenant general of the police.
Since 2011, he served as head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Sverdlovsk Region.
By a decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 02.10.2018, he was appointed to the post of head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Voronezh Region.
