2022: CEO appointment at Linxdatacenter

On November 10, 2022, Linxdatacenter announced the appointment of Mikhail Vetrov as its new CEO. He replaced Andrei Perekrest, who worked in this post for only six months.

According to the press service of Linxdatacenter, the key task of Mikhail Vetrov as CEO will be strategic management of the company with a focus on the further development of data centers (data centers) in both current and new regions of presence, scaling cloud services and entering new client segments in order to increase market share and revenue from the main business areas.

I see my task in supporting the growth of our clients' business as much as possible, providing them with access to modern technologies, focusing on new client niches in the Russian corporate segment and the public sector, as well as bringing the company to a new stage of development with dynamics leading the market. I am confident that the effective and well-coordinated work of all divisions of the company, as well as the modern and reliable infrastructure will achieve these ambitious results, - said Mikhail Vetrov.

Linxdatacenter thanked Andrei Perekrest for his "contribution to strengthening the engineering and IT infrastructure in the current difficult economic conditions, the development of the team and services." Perekrest will remain in the company as a technical director and will concentrate on infrastructure development and operational management.

Linxdatacenter recalled that Mikhail Vetrov was already the CEO of the company - From 2013 to 2017. Under his leadership, the company doubled, the data center was modernized in Moscow, the design capacity at the locations was increased 2 times, in a short time it was possible to achieve almost 100% use of the data center resources by new customers, and the LinxCloud cloud platform was also put into commercial operation, the company noted.^[1]
