Career

1994 - together with Andrey Filatov and Konstantin Nikolaev created the shipping company - Aniko of Marines[5].

In April, 1996 Nikita Mishin with the partners Andrey Filatov and Konstantin Nikolaev founded Severstaltrans Ltd on a parity basis with Alexey Mordashov. From the moment of foundation of the company Nikita Mishin is the board member and the commercial director of the company. In 2007 partners redeemed Alexey Mordashov's share, in the 2008th the group was renamed into N-Trans Group. Nikita Mishin holds a post of the chairman of the board of directors of the Global Ports Investments Plc company entering into N-Trans Group. (the leading Russian company in the field of port business).

2006 - together with Andrey Filatov and Konstantin Nikolaev purchased a share in one of the largest infrastructure companies – JSC Mostotrest.

Shareholder of Transportation Investments Holdings Ltd. (together with Andrey Filatov and Konstantin Nikolaev control 90% of shares)[1].

Together with Andrey Filatov and Konstantin Nikolaev controls 20% of Transoil LLC[6].

Together with Andrey Filatov and Konstantin Nikolaev controls 100% of shares of N-Trans Group which integrates more than 20 transport companies, the largest - JSC New Transportation Company, BaltTransServis LLC (railway transport), JSC Petrolesport, East Stevedoring Company Ltd, Vladivostoksky konteynerny terminal LLC (port transfer of containers), Transit kargo trans Ltd (road haulage)[7].

2011 – sold a part of the shares of Transoil LLC to Gennady Timchenko[8].
