Biography

Sergey was born on November 14, 1978 in Moscow.

In 2000 graduated from law department of Moscow State University of means of communication in Law.

In 2010 got an education on economics department of the Moscow Academy of economy and the right in "Finance and the credit".

In 2010 graduated from Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation according to the program of occupational retraining of staff of JSC Transneft.

In 2011 Sergey graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and public service under the President of the Russian Federation according to the program of advanced training "The modern head".

Worked at different positions in the North-Western Administrative District of Kontinental, JSC SK ZhASO, Industrial Insurance Group Osnova LLC.

In 2009 Mitin received a position of the deputy CEO for settlement of losses of SK Transneft Ltd.

For March 19, 2015 Sergey Sergeyevich Mitin works as the deputy CEO for settlement of losses Transneft.

Professional activity

Sergey Mitin:

• The arbitration judge of the Arbitration court at Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE);
• The arbitration judge of the Arbitration court at the Russian Association of Motor Insurers (RAMI);
• Is a part of the Disciplinary commission of RSA and Committee of RSA on development of the procedure of settlement of losses and European protocol.

Member of the committee of the All-Russian union of insurers on fight against an insurance fraud.
