Minsk Tractor Plant The head states set the new leader the task of strengthening the work on sales of equipment and improving its quality. This was reported by the BelTa agency.
In a conversation with the new head of the enterprise, Alexander Lukashenko outlined the tasks set and warned about the lack of time for adaptation. According to the president, from the first days in the new position it is necessary to work hard and immediately show the result.
Alexander Lukashenko said that the verification of the work of the new general director will take place in early January 2026. Taras Murog will have to report to the head of state together with the government on the results achieved and the number of tractors in warehouses. The president demanded an explanation as to why the technique was not implemented.
The head of state noted that some leaders, instead of solving existing problems, began to refer to objective difficulties. The President proposed a concrete way out of the current situation. If the sale of equipment at a certain period of time does not work, it is necessary to improve the quality of products. Alexander Lukashenko urged to produce a super tractor, which will be the best in the world, and sell it at a higher price. The head of state sees the solution to the problems of the enterprise in this approach.
The President of Belarus stressed the need to develop export sales of domestic products at all levels of government. Special attention should be paid to the promotion of equipment during business trips abroad. Alexander Lukashenko instructed the head of government and all senior officials to actively deal with this issue.[1]
