Ulfat Mansurovich Mustafin was born on May 4, 1959 in the village of Staroikhsanovo of Chekmagushevsky district.

Graduated from the Ufa technical school of light industry, the Ufa aviation institute. Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Biography

2003

In 2003 Ulfat Mustafin passed into Administration of the President of Bashkortostan to a position of the chief of financial and economic management.

2010-2013

In 2010-2013 worked in the Cisural management of Federal service on economic, technology and atomic supervision, and then returned to Gazprom.

On October 29, 2020 as a result of the complications caused by a koronavirusny (COVID-19) infection the mayor of Ufa Ulfat Mustafin died. As reported in the press service of the head of Bashkiria, Mustafin struggled with a serious illness for 35 days.

2020: Death from a coronavirus
