Anzor Muzayev was born on October 8, 1974 in the city of Gudermes of Chechen-Ingush ASSR. Honorary worker of higher education of the Russian Federation. Honored teacher of the Chechen Republic.
Education
In 1996 graduated from industrial faculty of the Chechen state teacher training college. Candidate of Technical Sciences.
Biography
2000-2004
In 2000-2002 taught at the Grozny state oil institute (nowadays Grozny state oil technical university of a name of the academician M.D. Millionshchikov).
2004-2008
In 2002-2004 – the head of department of patriotic education of youth of committee of the government of Chechnya for youth.
From 2004 to 2006 was the vice-chairman of committee of the government of Chechnya for youth. From June, 2006 to January, 2008 held a position of the rector of the Chechen state university.
In January, 2008 it was appointed to a post of the Minister of Education and Science of Chechnya.
2020: Appointment as the head of Rosobrnadzor
On August 20, 2020 the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor) announced Anzor Muzayev's appointment the new head department. Since February he temporarily fulfilled duties of the head of service, and before Muzayev was the deputy head of Rosobrnadzor.
In a new position Muzayev began to coordinate activity of Rosobrnadzor and organizations subordinated to it on questions:
- ensuring holding a State Final Examination according to educational programs of the main general and secondary general education;
- federal state supervision in the field of education of activity of executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation exercising public administration in the field of education.[1]
Income
At the end of 2019 Anzor Muzayev declared income in the amount of 14.119 million rubles, including a subsidy for acquisition of premises.
