2022: Appointment as Head of Dell's Russian Office

In December 2022, Natalia Alyushina was appointed General Director of Dell LLC, the Russian representative office of the American computer manufacturer Dell. She also headed another Dell subsidiary in the Russian Federation - the St. Petersburg EMS Development Center.

This was drawn to the attention of the agency, TASS which in its publication refers to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). Earlier, the position of general director of the main legal entity Dell in Russia was held by Boris Shcherbakov, who headed other legal entities, in EMC particular, EMS Information Systems Si-i-es. "St. Petersburg EMS Development Center" was headed by Pavel Egorov before Alyushina's appointment.

The head of the Russian office of Dell has changed

The change in CEOs of Dell's Russian subsidiaries became known a few months after the American IT corporation stopped selling its equipment in Russia due to the Russian military special operation in Ukraine. At the end of August 2022, it became known that Dell management decided to finally leave the Russian market and reduce all employees in the country. There were about 50 such people on the domestic market.

In Moscow, Woodd had a sales office, and in St. Petersburg, a development office. It was reported that about 400 software developers for various Enterprise-level products (Unity, PowerStore, DLm, etc.) are dismissed from the Dell development office by agreement of the parties. Employees are paid eight salaries, and high-level specialists - nine. In addition, employees are given equipment (laptops, monitors) for free, someone is paid a bonus, and also leaves VHI for the family until the end of 2022.

Dell had plans to develop a development center in St. Petersburg. The center was actively expanding and new vacancies were opening. By the end of 2022, the corporation is actively developing a development center in Poland.[1]
