Oksana Nemakina was born on June 20, 1978 in the city of Volsk of the Saratov region.

Education

Oksana Nemakina received qualification the doctor in "Medical matter" in the Chita state medical academy in 2001, then studied in an internship. Graduated from the Far East academy of public service in 2010.

Career

2001-2007

In 2001-2002 was a doctor-intern at department of a dermatovenereology of ChGMA. From 2002 to 2007 worked in the Chita regional skin and venereologic clinic.

2010-2015

From 2010 to 2015 worked in Road clinical hospital at JSC RZD Chita-2 station. Then held a position of the deputy chief physician for organizational and methodical work in Regional clinical infectious diseases hospital. In 2015 was the acting as the chief physician in the Transbaikal edge clinical hospital for veterans of wars.

In 2014 it is awarded with a commemorative medal in honor of the 150 anniversary of territorial reform in Russia. It is also mentioned by letters of acknowledgement of the Minister of Health of Zabaykalsky Krai, the governor of Zabaykalsky Krai, the certificate of honor of the Minister of Health of the region.

2021: Appointment as the Minister of Health of Zabaykalsky Krai

At the beginning of February, 2021 it was announced Oksana Nemakina's appointment to a post of the Minister of Health of Zabaykalsky Krai. Before she worked as the chief physician in the Transbaikal edge clinical hospital for veterans of wars.

Nemakina officially headed the regional Ministry of Health on February 8, 2021, having replaced Anna Shangina at this position. The last resigned at own will, its further work location is not reported.

Change of the Minister of Health in Transbaikalia happened after the scandal which burst at the beginning of 2021. Proving need to convert hospital in the settlement of Haragun in out-patient clinic, the minister Anna Shangina said that locals fight for an opportunity "eat and have a sleep" in medical institution. Later Shangina apologized for these words. As notes TASS, she became the third head of the regional Ministry of Health which left a post at the governor Alexander Osipov.[1]
