Andrey Nikolaev who was earlier working as the chief executive of IFS Russia&CIS company is appointed in February, 2014 its CEO. In this position its main objectives - maintenance and gain of positions of the company in the key markets, promotion of solutions based on IFS Applications and also expansion of a partner network.

Andrey Nikolaev began to work in IFS Russia&CIS company actually from the moment of its basis, and with the IFS Applications system even earlier. In 1999 Mr. Nikolaev came to division of FORS which promoted also IFS Applications system implementation in the market of Russia and the CIS countries, to a position of the sales manager, and then directed implementation projects. After formation of KFS company, joint venture between IFS Central and Eastern Europe and FORS, it is appointed to a position of the chief executive and remained it and after renaming of KFS into IFS Russia&CIS prior to the beginning of 2014.

According to Andrey Nikolaev, among his tasks on the near-term outlook in IFS Russia&CIS company:

• expansion of a partner network both by regions, and on the industries;
• promotion of the most perspective solutions, such as IFS 360 Scheduling (the solution for management of traveling personnel - WFM), EAM based on IFS Maintenance which for many years is recognized as the world analytical agencies 'best-of-breed', i.e. the best in the area and also IFS Project Management for the project-oriented industries;
• preserving of a leading position of the company in the field of aircraft and defense, expansion of presence at such industries as shipbuilding and ship repair, chemical, food and other industries with process type of production and also service maintenance.
