Biography

Evgeny Grigoryevich Novitsky was born in 1957 in the Tomsk region. Evgeny Novitsky raises 6 children whom actively involves in the social activity. He is a beautiful family man, the loving father, the son and the brother (Evgeny has 3 brothers and 3 sisters).

1995-nv: AFK "Sistema" and others

In 1995 after Novtsiky's arrival to AFK "Sistema" between this corporation and IVK the long corporate conflict around Quantum began: after a series of storms "with bits" the plant was taken by System.

Till January, 2005 Novitsky was the President of System.

From January, 2005 to February, 2006 Mr. Novitsky held a position of the Chairman of the board of directors of AFK "Sistema", and since February, 2006 — the board member.

Since June, 2010 E. Novitsky is the independent director in Board of Directors of JSC AFK Sistema.

On June 30, 2012 at the annual general shareholder meeting it is chosen in Board of Directors of JSC AFK Sistema.

In 2013 Evgeny Novitsky gets up at the head of the new large project and holds a post of the chairman of the board of directors of JSC The First National Pension Fund in which 6 private pension funds were concentrated at once.

Also in 2013 Novitsky is elected the vice-chairman, and in 2015 - the chairman of the board of directors of concern Radio-frequency information systems (JSC RTI Sistema) - the hi-tech company developing and managing difficult innovation projects of federal scale in the field of monitoring and illumination of a situation, ensuring awareness of the country leaders, regions and departments concerning a situation in a real mode of time, support of acceptance of management decisions in the conditions of war or emergencies.

Within RTI Novitsky supervises the innovation projects in the field of information security, manages projects on development of the innovation algorithm of production of cryptocurrencies and formation of an ecosystem within a fintekh.

Being the chairman of Fund of assistance to scientific and technical progress at MSTU of Bauman, Novitsky conducts work on education of new generations of engineering elite of Russia, assistance to scientific and technical progress and development of engineering activity in the Russian Federation. Within many years Novitsky sponsors participation of young Russian engineers in the best international contests.

1991-1995: Head of the Kvant plant

In 1991-95 he directed creation and release of a series of domestic computers and also the organization of assembly of computers of IBM at the Kvant plant (Zelenograd), participated in the conversion project on peaceful use of the modified launch vehicle based on the military SS-20 complex. Mr. Novitsky was the Chairman of the board of directors of IVK, the Russian company working in the field of information technologies. He is the author of the monograph and a number of publications, is a member of the board of trustees of MSTU of Bauman.

1980-1987: Baumanka

In 1985 graduated from MVTU of Bauman.

In 1985-1987 Mr. Novitsky worked as the engineer-mathematician in MVTU of Bauman, and in 1987-1990 studied in a postgraduate study of MVTU, participating in the scientific and technical projects connected with defense industry.

In 1989-1990 studied management in MGIMO and Manchester Business School (The University of Manchester, Great Britain).
