Olga Goncharova holds an MBA on the basis of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University and Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris.

She studied in Finland with a degree in Global Business Management. It is Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

She worked as a manager at Ernst & Young's Global Financial Services Group.

Since 2008, she worked at UniCredit Bank.

In 2013, she worked as chief accountant of UniCredit Bank.

In 2014, she was appointed Director of the Non-Credit Financial Institutions Reporting and Processing Department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

As of February 11, 2016, Olga Goncharova worked as director of the reporting collection and processing department of the NFO Central Bank.

Since 2024 - Managing Partner of Rizgo LLC.

As of August 2025, he heads the Expert Center for Digital Financial Assets and Digital Currencies of the Association of Banks of Russia, and is also a guest lecturer at the Higher School of Economics and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
