Its tasks include the development and implementation of a consolidated strategy for the development of logistics assets, as well as the creation and launch of logistics services based on its own digital platforms.

This is a key strategic task, he noted[1]
Logistics on the scale of the Russian Federation is a very interesting area in itself. The development of the digital logistics business will make it possible to create a new model for building a consumer-environment communication system. We have developments, "pilots" that will allow us to lead these changes in the future, - said Olga Naumova. |
Vadim Shvetsov notes that Naumova has not only rich experience in managing logistics in retail, but also has a strategic vision for the development of logistics as a whole set of innovative solutions. 2024: Appointment as chief executive of Wildberries
On May 23, 2024, the Wildberries marketplace announced the appointment of Olga Naumova as one of the executive directors on the company's board. It is specified that it will improve the operational efficiency of warehouse and transport logistics, develop a network of points of issue of orders, as well as improve customer experience.
CEO of Wildberries Tatyana Bakalchuk expressed confidence that Naumova's experience in retail at the federal and regional levels will help make the Wildberries platform even more convenient and functional for users, as well as help increase the company's profit.
As specified to Vedomosti in Wildberries, Bakalchuk will remain the general director of the retailer. The total number of executive directors on the company's management board has not been disclosed.
According to the owner of the Kaufman branding agency Stanislav Kaufman, Wildberries needs such a specialist, since recently the site has faced a number of problems. To solve crisis situations, the current management was not enough, and Naumova's experience will help the marketplace cope with this, the expert said in a conversation with the publication.[2]
The general director of INFOLine-Analytics Mikhail Burmistrov called the appointment "large-scale, logical and at the same time unexpected," and Olga Naumova - a specialist who has the most powerful systemic thinking, tireless efficiency and the ability to deeply delve into processes and make changes.
In general, now Wildberries lacks consistency: the company is growing too quickly, and it is clear that in such conditions people, technologies, processes may not cope with the growth rate... You can recall the transformation of Pyaterochka, which had no analogues in its scale. It was bringing the business to a new level, - said Burmistrov in a conversation with RBC. |
