2026: Appointment as CEO of Ozon Operating Company

Olga Okmyanskaya has been appointed General Director of Internet Solutions and Ozone Fulfillment Services, which ensure the operational activities of the Ozon marketplace. Personnel changes were recorded in the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL) and published on February 11, 2026.

As follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the former general director of both structures, Natalya Labunicheva, left the company. She headed Internet Solutions and Ozone Fulfillment Services since July 2024, replacing Ruslan Eminov in this post. Prior to her appointment, Natalya Labunicheva served as HR Director of Ozon Fulfillment, a company providing a range of logistics services, including processing, storage, packaging and delivery of goods.

The new head Olga Okmyanskaya previously headed the entertainment Internet channel "Karamba TV," controlled STS Media (the channel ceased to exist in 2021). Okmyanskaya was also listed as the founder of advertising agencies "Spice" and Bestseller.

As representatives of the Ozon press service explained, changes in legal entities do not affect key business management processes. Since 2022, the management of the operational activities of the marketplace is carried out by a collegial body, which includes key representatives of Marketplace of management. The press service noted that Natalya Labunicheva performed one of the roles in the logistics vertical and "recently left the company," after which the necessary legal changes were made.

According to the information publication Sostav, in 2025, the structures of entrepreneur Alexander Chachava acquired 100% of the O23 company, which owns shares in the Ozon marketplace. The share of 27.71% of the authorized capital of the company came under the control of Chachava.^[1]
