Biography

Boris Omelnitsky from 2003 to 2004 worked as the marketing director of retail network "White Wind — TSIFROVOY".

Within seven years worked as the chief executive of Begun company where was responsible for strategic development, operational management and the organization of business processes of the company.

Director of strategic development of the market of commercial department of Yandex Company.

The first president of IAB Russia after consolidation of executive directorate with three largest associations in Russia: AKAR, RAMU, ADCR. It was elected the president of IAB Russia in September, 2011.

Actively is engaged in formation of infrastructure and standards of the market of Internet advertizing, participating in the organization and holding the industry MIXX Russia conferences, NRF, RIF+KIB.

Teaches in Higher School of Economics.

Is one of coauthors of the book "Contextual advertising".
