Biography

Sergey Onyanov was born on March 4, 1985 in Perm. In 2012 graduated from electrotechnical faculty of the Perm national research polytechnical university. Repeatedly took profile professional development course in St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications of the prof. M.A. Bonch-Bruyevich.

In 2005 began a labor activity the operating engineer of buildings and constructions in JSC Uralsvyazinform.

In 2010 came to ER-Telecom Holding where at different times took positions of the head of service of technical service, the director of operation of network, the director of contracting and purchases.

In October, 2017 Sergey Onyanov is appointed to the position of the technical director of macroregional branch "Yug" of Rostelecom company. He will direct development and operation of telecommunication infrastructure of the company in the Southern Federal District and North Caucasus federal district.

The technical director of the macroregion is one of key positions in a new command. Development of the main company asset — network infrastructure and, eventually, quality of provision of services to users also depends on its efficiency and decisions made by it. It is sure that thanks to the experience Sergey Onyanov will cope with an assigned task — Denis Lysov, the vice president — the director of macroregional branch "Yug" of PJSC Rostelecom commented on appointment.

In June, 2020 Sergey Onyanov passed into the corporate center of Rostelecom company to a position of the director of digital infrastructure Block of technical infrastructure.
