Biography

In 2006 graduated from Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation in IT management, and in 2003 – Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers in "Information systems in economy". Has degree of MVA.

Worked in Sberbank Technology at a position of the chief of the department of internal automation and also held the strategist's position on technologies in the Russian representative office of Microsoft.

2014: Transition to Promsvyazbank

In April, 2014 Promsvyazbank announced Andrey Ovsyannikov's appointment the head of the block of information technologies. In this position he was responsible for strategy implementation of bank in the field of banking and information technologies and implementation of new information systems.

"Andrey Ovsyannikov has extensive work experience in the field of information technologies, its experience will allow to lift our IT and block on new height. The main tasks facing Ovsyannikov is an improvement of the IT architecture promoting strategy implementation of Promsvyazbank, the organization of project activity in the field of IT, increase in efficiency of the current information systems", – the chairman of the board of Promsvyazbank Artem Konstandyan commented on appointment.

2015

In February, 2015 Andrey Ovsyannikov in an interview of TAdviser told about how IT infrastructure of Promsvyazbank what projects were implemented in 2014 and about plans for the current year is arranged.

Transition to the Innovation Center of Banking Technologies

Since August, 2015 Ovsyannikov works as the CEO of the Innovation Center of Banking Technologies (ICBT) - the company created by Prosvyazbank and Technoserv for development of banking applications.

2018

Passed into VTB bank where headed the development block as the deputy manager of department of information technologies of VTB.
