2022: Head of the Russoft Export Committee

On May 24, 2022, a meeting of the RUSSOFT Board was held, at which the next head of the Export Committee was elected. Participants unanimously voted for Sergei Ozhegov, CEO of SearchInform, as announced by the latter on June 1, 2022. He has a lot of practical experience promotion of Russian software in the field of information security to international markets, understands the cultural and business features of various regions of the world: Yugo- East Asia, the Arab world, the African region, Latin America, etc.

The Export Committee began working in December 2020. Its purpose is to support the participants and RUSSOFT members working in foreign markets. This is the organization of the exchange of experience and knowledge of committee members, assistance in preparing business missions to participate in foreign exhibitions and professional events, formation of proposals for reduction barriers to export transactions. As the head of the RUSSOFT Committee Sergey Ozhegov will continue to develop initiatives. The priority projects for development is marketing IT companies abroad, a platform approach to promote IT solutions to international markets and the selection of priority activities in which companies are worth participate.

RUSSOFT is a strong association of developer companies and has repeatedly been able to protect the interests of IT organizations. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue its activities to promote export support measures within the association.
