Orange Business Services in Russia and the CIS announced in June, 2011 Pavel Paplinski's appointment the director of strategic marketing of Orange in Russia and the CIS. In this position Pavel Paplinski will be responsible for strategic and operational marketing of the company, including development and start of new products, formation of price policy, market research and long-term planning of development of company services.

As noted, the main objectives which face Pavel Paplinski — strengthening of positions of "Orange Russia" as reliable service provider, customer-oriented and his requirements and also rapid implementation of modern innovation services which promotion will help Orange to become the leader in the telecommunication market of Russia.

Pavel Paplinski works in the telecommunication sphere more than ten years. Before arrival to "Orange Russia" he held a position of the marketing director of Telekomunikacja Polska company (subsidiary company of the France Telecom Group in Poland) where he was responsible for the direction of fixed connection. It successfully implemented such projects as review of offers on PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) that led to considerable decrease in outflow of subscribers, development of VoIP of infrastructure, implementation of the innovation SIP VoIP services and offers. To Telekomunikacja Polska at different times was engaged in development of products and services and also marketing and business planning in several telecommunication companies among which there were such suppliers a telecom of services for market B2B as Energis Poland and Crowley Data Poland.

Pavel Paplinski was born in 1977 in Warsaw, Poland. After the termination of faculty of electronics and information technologies of the Warsaw technical university, received a candidate's degree in the field of telecommunications and issued a number of scientific publications on technical subject. Its specialization — VoIP and the integrated networks.
