Biography

Pavel Kaminsky (born 1976) graduated from Novosibirsk State University in 1998 with a degree in Computer and Automated Systems Software.

In 2005-2006 passed the Federal Presidential Program for the retraining of management personnel for enterprises of the national economy with a degree in Marketing in the enterprise management system.

Pavel Kaminsky has significant experience in the system integration market.

From 2005 to 2007 worked in OJSC Sibirtelecom"" (Novosibirsk) where he ensured the implementation of sales plans, participated in the project of transferring to a seven-digit telephone network numbering system; then worked for two years at the company, NETA where he formed a team of regional managers, developed and implemented a motivation system, and provided revenue for more than 90 federal clients.

Pavel began his activities at NVision-Siberia in 2009 as a commercial director, a year later he became deputy director of the branch. Thanks to his efforts, the efficiency of the technical direction of the branch has significantly increased, including the work of the project management service, the implementation of a comprehensive system for planning and optimizing internal resources, financial planning and accounting in all technical areas, criteria for assessing the effectiveness of technical personnel and a system for controlling the quality of technical solutions have been developed.
